Intro:
In a land far to the west, a land who's name has long since been forgotten in the sands that cover its surface, a decrepid temple's halls are now disturbed by two intruders; one who wishes to bury its dark secrets once and for all, and another who would use those secrets to enslave all of ponykind for his own evil desires. The classic battle of good versus evil climaxes in these ruins... and who shall triumph?... None can be certain.

Sickness:
After three weeks of tracking cats I'm at the final temple
I thought the ancient artifacts were robbed for something simple
I thought the gems were sold for gold, but they were implemental
To Ahuizotl's final plan when he became resentful
I'd call it quits and turn around, but it's not that simple
The crystal ritual is only instrumental
He found a way to bring into this world an ancient demon
And I can hear him at the temple's center screaming

Dawn Blush:
Blood from the sacrifice coagulates
Red crystals form and our bond consumates
Daring Do's dying breath ends your journey
Rise from your Dark Home, now you serve me

Sickness:
Honestly I'm terrified, I doubt I'll make it home alive
The pillars of the temple start shake
And Ahuizotl's lost his mind, to control something outside Time
and Space is foolish, but it's much to late
I see the portal opening, I feel the cold, I hear the screams
And as it slitheres out, all sounds grow softer
The last bit of my sanity, and what's left of my bravery
Is broken as I lock eyes with The Dune Walker

Middle monologue:
As the titanic abomination begins appear, Daring Do attempts to reason with Ahuizotl...

Dawn:
Decades ago my heart used to be kind
But from our rightful place, my race was denied
I can hear their calls from the grave beckon me
Look into my eyes and tell me what you see

Sick:
I see the painful memories streaming down your face
I hear the vacancy of feeling that's become your fate
But if you punish an entire race, all this land and me
You're no different than the disease that killed your family
And understandingly, you plan to be, uncandidly
But I can't let you bring this thing into this world demandingly
I've been hurt too, but it's part of who I am
I'm powerless to close this portal, but you still can

Middle Monologue:
By now the creature had nearly emerged, a mass of misplaced mouths and orfices on a bottle-shaped body with a raggish tail, the putrid body of Phep'zir Raag, the Dune Walker.

Sick/Dawn:
Flesh tearing, heart aching,
Time runing out, last turn of the cog
Tension rising up, lifting the fog,
Foolishness revealed of invoking such a being

Bone breaking, head spinning,
Hourglass filling, last turn of the cog
Fear growing, clearing my view,
The error that I made invoking such a being
